Under the direction of the General Manager, this position is responsible for the creative design of web galleries. The primary goal of this position is to drive revenues through subscriptions to internal and external sites. This interacts primarily with the Manager of Graphic Design, the TGP Manager, as well as other relevant ICS Entertainment staff, and outside partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build, maintain, and update web galleries.
2. Work with TGP Manager to implement the most successful galleries.
3. Work closely with the TPG/MGP Manager to ensure that the most revenue producing galleries are created.
4. Work closely with affiliate managers to leverage gallery traffic in generating revenue from other affiliate programs.
5. Leverage brand and resources to monetize profits through all available means.

REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma and a minimum of one year of Adult industry experience required. Strong creative design skills are mandatory, including high competency in Photoshop, Illustrator/Freehand, and a full complement of Web-related production tools. High energy level and interest in/enthusiasm for growing the business are required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
