i have one guy that im tradeing trAFFIC with his mgp's , my ATL script show like 30% of OP in (open proxy in) from his sites , now , im not sure whats that means , his site looks regular , maybe his smart ,donno.

is there any place that has a data base of a known cheater? a forum ?
