Hold on...if you look into who picked that young talent thats blossoming on the farm team you'll find that most of it is from Quinn's days as a gm.

I agree. Most of this was done by Quinn and there are some very good talent.

If you ask me, i would have fired Ferguson and pushed Quinn back as GM and bring up Paul Maurice as the new head coach.
