I think it depends on the person. THC has different effects on different people. It can be helpful for relaxation purposes but can be harmful if used in excess.
For all the people who smoke every day and say, "it doesn't hurt me or make a difference".... To use an analogy, its like those American Idol rejects... when they sing, they hear... good voice, but those listening hear... not so good. Moderation folks.:thumbsup |

Yes keeping physically in shape is important for your mind as well. Go out for a walk after you get high, dont watch South Park and eat Doritos for 12 hours a day

Smoking weed isn't guarenteed to make you stupid, but from watching many people around me smoke weed year after year, i've come to conlclusion it affects some peoples memory's and doesn't have much affect on other people.
Friend #1... smokes 5-10 times a day, and has no problems and is sharp as a tac, unless he's really high or whatnot. Friend #2... honestly sometimes might not remember his own name, he's literally lost 24/7, and WAS NOT like that before he started smoking weed. So it just depends on the person. |
If you get high and sit in front of the tv, then yes. If on the other hand, you smoke and do something stimulating, I think it helps you 'get in' to whatever it is you are doing ... but like everything else, moderation is key.

I have some friends that do nothing but sit at home and get stoned and play computer games all day, while their girlfriends go out and earn the money. But I am not sure they would have any more motivation if they we not high.
I personally like to smoke but it is not the basis of my whole life. It does make doing some of my more mundane duties a lot more fun tho. |
