Digital SLR - Canon or Nikon? which model
I know this question has been asked a lot but the technology changes...
Im looking for recommendations as to either a Canon or Nikon as an entry level SLR... I dont have any lenses etc so compatibility with existing equipment is not a consideration |

They are both top notch. You can't go wrong either brand.
Canon's XT sounds what you're looking for or the Nikon D50.

Use to use a Nikon D100, solid camera, can pick them up cheap on ebay now that the D200 are out. Personally I'll stick with my D2X It's amazing.

They're both good brands so you're never going to get a straight answer. It's up to you to decide.
