A workaround is easy and 100% in keeping with any card company rules.

What is the workaround?

Just have corps in different jurisdictions you want to do business in. For processing purposes there are only two relevant banking regions - EU and US.

Tho.. have said before, it's best chatting direct to Verotel to check what they can offer and as solutions. Tell em the problem, - ask for the solution :thumbsup

What if you have a US corp with a US merchant account and processor and an EU corp for an EU merchant account cascading on the same sites. That does not violate the rules?

To be honest, I've never actually read any "rules" that say any individual site must have processors from the same banking region. Other folks may wish to comment on this.

Yes, we have sites where processors are from differing banking regions and on the same site, but they comply with the basic requirements of having a "presence" in the relevant banking region and never had any problems and our main base is not even in any of these banking regions. However, the corp structure is in place to cover any trading activity in whatever regions as needed.

Dunno why.. but any "site" could be "managed" or shared by several corps and it's up to these corps to decided how to conduct their business - not visa.
