Just use adult hosting, they generally have there shit together a lot better than most mainstream hosts

it's free, fast and bannerless plus you get FTP and you can use your own domain name the catch is it's an english only freehost and we deny a good portion of foreign traffic but if it's an english site with an english audience, it's a great host. most of our signups right now are non-adult sites.
