    Get ready for Costa Rica Bash 2007 (Dates inside)

    As everyone knows, Costa Rica Bash 2006 was a great success!!! So preparations for 2007 are on their way.

    The 2007 Costa Rica Bash will be help in Jaco Feb 22nd to Feb 25th so make sure you free those dates in your calendar and join us in the most exciting fun in the sun get-together.

          I am so fucking there it's not funny. IwantYou did a FANTASTIC job on the last one and that is one of the main reasons I"m going again. Jaco was killer nice, the parties ROCKED the house, people were awesome, can't ask for anything more!

          If you only make one show in 2007 it should be Costa Rica... PERIOD!

If so I want to get the Villas early! You were the best and had the whole thing under control! BTW, if you don't know who this is, I was with Raja from SS. Don't say my name though. FYI: I found out after I took a cab to the airport (I didn't want to leave yet when the bus was there) that you can hop a private chopper for $50 and the flight is only 15 min. to Jaco from San Jose. I paid more for an hour and 1/2 cab ride. I missed precious pool time! I can't wait for next years show!!!!

                                                                                          The country is excellent for this - tho there can be opinions on Panama as well. Got about... 24 - 30ish families moving here shortly - most are webmasters or marketing/event related, some in photography and a couple of boring bankers but with decent contacts.

                                                                                          They are all "adult aware" - so chances are they will all be hauled along to future CR Bashes!

                                                                                                                                                                                          Costa Rica is one of the three top "in" real estate countries in the world at the moment (Biz Weekly survey) with property values rising a crazy levels. An estimate given as an "average" capital increase last year for properties on the Pacific Coast was between 40% - 60%.

                                                                                                                                                                                          Panama is another good location and prob better from a business/tax side. Tell your scout to check out the Panamanian border area with Costa Rica - nice!
