I believe it because i lived in Iceland for a little over a year. Those Icelandic people are on the internet at the resturants and clubs lol

How does concentration of broad band and being web-savy relate? Seems to me that just means they can fall for the nigerian scam faster than their dial up friends.

ditto. Access to the web doesn't mean you know WTF to do with it. Hell look at all the AOL users.

Now you're just picking at semantics to try and prove a weak point.

If average Joe can use a wysiwyg editor he has just made a webpage. He can do it again and again because he "knows how".

He doesn't need to know anything remotely technical except file transfer.

Everyone here with an iota of common sense knows how easy it is to make a webpage and knows that most people out there can do it.
