People don't care if the new skin is looking nice. I think if you are a program owner it's smarter to create a very ugly looking skin with terrible colors since people will talk for days about it.
Ugly skin : 150 threads - 4 to 5 days commotion - great exposure Nice skin : 12 threads - 0.5 days in the spotlight
