Iceland is most web-savvy country, with a study showing it has the highest concentration of broadband users. The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development found that broadband was also widespread in South Korea, the Netherlands and Denmark. I believe it because i lived in Iceland for a little over a year. Those Icelandic people are on the internet at the resturants and clubs lol

How does concentration of broad band and being web-savy relate? Seems to me that just means they can fall for the nigerian scam faster than their dial up friends.
