What i really want is an webmaster who is dealing with webdesign, adv, all the stuff that is needed for a solo girl website.
One important detail is that i do not wish to work with cash like for example to pay webdesigner, or adv, or....
I want to work in percents, because in this way i know, they will do their job and i will do mine, it's both side interest to make money. I think is the right decision.
