I do some exercises and running every day for about one and a half hours, except for weekends when I go out and have some alcohol :thumbsup :

I hit the gym 3 days a week and ju-jitsu class once a week. The past few weeks I'd been slacking but I kicked that damn cold I had so now I'm back to normal.

in fact at the phoenix show..about 20 people made a comment on h ow im losing my shape etc time to get back to the gym..my trouble is i slack once i get results....it needs to be a forever thing |
I make exercises about 5-6 times a week ( I am Ivana Fukalot :upsidedow ) and go to the swimming pool sometimes, and at summer try to ride on water ski or wakeboard.

I got myself a personal trainer back in November and have been working out about 2 days a week since. I do slack off a lot though. Especially right before and right after a convention.
I have seen some good results and have gone from weighing 131 lbs. up to 136 lbs and am bigger all around. Yes I'm a light weight, lol. I'm am really tone though. I doubt I can ever truly bulk up though. |

I walk half an hour to work everyday and half an hour home. I don't own a car so I walk to most places I need to go (living right in the city helps).

I work out but always at home, I have dvd's and do stuff like tae bo and pilates. I don't like to exercise in public such as the gym, only in the privacy of my own home. I don't like jogging or working out in public, only at home! I'm a real homebody and anti-social so I do everything at home!

Not as much as I should..I work during the day with heavy equipment and parts,so I figure that's more than enough exercise

I go to the gym every morning, it just is part of my routine. Thankgoodness or I would be one fat fuck with the amount of food I eat each day. I even got Airek to join my gym back in the day and get his workouts back on track.

Just start going back to the gym and playing racquetball. It's pretty fun and a good workout. Maybe one day I'll be able to play longer than 10 minutes without wanting to pass out. :1orglaugh

I go to Egoscue 3x per week at 6:30am, surf, play soccer, and run. Been hitting it hard for Cabo and the Xbiz Vegas show.
Now I just have to stop eating out as much :( |

surf/skate and rugby season has started up again, so training tuesday and thursday night, with a game on saturday, then try and get some gym work on the other days.... time to bulk up again
