    Compliments to Sagi webair

    There are three kinds of techs.
    1. The tech that starts acting when you see a problem and solves it.
    2. The tech that starts acting when you see a problem and does not solve it.
    3. The tech that starts acting when you have not even noticed a problem yet and solves it.

    The third proactive kind is very rare but Sagi from Webair is one of them.

      Ayumi is also pretty kick ass! If there's ever an issue and I contact live support, I keep my fingers crossed that he answers the call. That dude fixes my shit so quick and also knows what I'm talking about when I try and fumble my way through explaining tech stuff.
