I reset my password and i can get in now.

I've been able to get on for a while now. My only problem is the fact I got double charged for my Google Adwords and Epass telling me it was Google that did it and Google telling me they didn't and I'm out $548 because neither will do anything about it.

i get the security question, but it says "Secret Word or Phrase?" i guess that doesn't help much. besides the account was created for me by a sponsor and i have no idea what the answer should be... |
This is fucking retarded. I've defended epassporte in the past but frankly this time they deserve whatever bad press they get.

If you don't remember the secret phrase email me your account number and we will reset the password and send it to the email you used to signup with.

I'm locked out now too, I don't think this is as much a problem as it is a scam. Epass is done, I'll never use them again and I'll be telling our affiliates not to be using them anymore.

I don't think it's a scam, just REALLY fucking bad technical management. I sent an email THREE HOURS ago trying to get a new pass, so far far; NADA.
They should FIRE the whole fucking tech staff. |

so whats up keyzer , is the only way to get into account by having you reset the password ? why did the passwords get reset to begin with .. sent a few people to you and you havent gotten back 2 them.. is epassporte going out of buisness or ? did someone hack the database ?

Just reset my password and can log in again. Here's a tip... maybe let everyone in here know you fucked up and lost the passwords so we could reset them as well as maybe adding a little note on your site letting us know to do that. It would also have been nice to have had customer service tell me to do that yesterday when I called.
