AFF - how much do you make per sale?
If I send there lets say 50 free sales a day. % account. How much income can I expect after few weeks or months? TGP traffic.

it all depends on the demographics of your traffic. What age, gender and country of orgin? Also remember that on a rev share account the rebills take time to build up so orders lead to a lot more down the road.

MrPheer - How the hell do you get 100k + free sign-ups in only 17 months? That must require some MAJOR traffic!

That would average about 6000/month, or 120/day. At the moment my best days are only 20 free members.

What type of traffic do you use?
