this is a great program it open source and the moderator will do custom mods if you need for a price.

go with bighip.com, the costs aren't bad and its much easier then doing it yourself, they provide everything you need and are whitelisted on most major isps which helps with your delivery rates.

At the end of the day you could have the biggest and best lists compiled but if you can't get to their inbox its worthless.
