Tootie I didn't have a problem with - she did the work - a little slow yes but she did reply to ICQs/emails. Tala however, hightailed it the moment she got the cash. Luckily, thanks to someone on GFY that told her I was looking for her, she stopped hiding on ICQ and hit me up the moment he told her to contact me. Within a week or so I got my money. I shiver at the thought that she may have fucked someone else over to pay me back.

We should seriously have an area to post work needed - done - time - satisfaction area around here. Would save us lots of bucks in scamming folks.

Actually a well known VC invested millions into the Fauxpod and she has been helping in the setup and launch of the product. Expect it in stores by the holiday season.

You hit it right on the head. Just because she happened to be a nice chick who posted a a few good morning threads, people treated her like she couldn't do no wrong. Last I checked this was a BUSINESS - thus it comes down to whether you can sink or swim. It doesn't matter whether you fuckin thinks shes friendly or what not, this is still a business and she didn't fulfill her obligations.

She seemed to have recurring personal/money issues that certainly won't be solved by begging for cash on gfy. She really shoulda got her life straightened out first.
