I've sent this guy matt numerous emails over the months and no response, I guess lawyers will have to do their work. Does anyone know what this sites story is. Had alot of my content from mymovies on there over the years. Anyone else had problems with this?

Julies if bestfacialmovies.com is the problem site you may wish to dig deeper. It appears to just be a movie gallery post. Find certain galleries that have your content on them and see what sponsors they are for, etc. Dig a little deeper.

he is using galleries such as this:
galleries.bestfacialmovies.com/bestcum/6community.htm
to push traffic to his mgp....I find that some of these mgps are using my content to push traffic to each other, although there is some traffic being sent to sinfulfacials.com from bestfacialmovies.com

Again what you may be seeing is a trade script in action. A trade script will typically allow a visitors first click to see the gallery they choose then a percentage of those visitors will be traded to another site each time they try to click another gallery. This is a very common type of script used on MGPs and TGPs and it is not limited to your content.

The gallery you posted seems to be using the content to promote cunville.com which is really cumville.com after you click a join link.

Then as a secondary sponsor this person is also promoting http://www.cardsharktips.com/

I would personally check out cumville.com for more of your content and or share up some more of your galleries they are using.
