![]() I've been watching this poll carefully, it's been active for at least a week now. Here are the results as of the time of this post:
Is .XXX dead for good? Yes - 14% No - 28% I wish... - 14% I hope not... - 44% Yes, you are reading that right. 44% of those that responded say I HOPE NOT?!?!?!?!?!?! Now, no offense to anyone, and I certainly respect everyone's right to their own opinion, but honestly now, what in the fucking hell is wrong with people's heads? FORTY FOUR PERCENT think this is going to be a GOOD thing for themselves and the industry?!?!?!?! Is the average IQ of those in this industry REALLY that low? I mean, for real? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Goes to show the problem with statistics and use of percentages if those numbers aren't backed up with the data used to determine those percentages.
44% supporting .XXX is ridiculous because the actual facts and opinions of webmasters, of FSC members that voted on the .XXX decision say otherwise. I would bet a larger percentage of affiliates who are promoting the companies listed here: http://www.fightthedotxxx.com/ would be against it. It wouldn't be surprising if some mainstream website picked up on that statistic and tried to spin it that the adult community must want .XXX and that FSC is sabatoging ICANN/ICM's efforts. Fight the spin!
