I've been looking for a script to start my own adult search engine as well, so I'd also like to know of any suitable programs.

You want to create a search engine that will index every page it can find and understand? You'll probably spend more on storage, CPU and programming than you'll ever make back.

http://htdig.org/ If you want to setup small search engines that search a limited group of domains acoss the internet, this works very well for that.

There are scripts for this downloadable over at hotscripts.com or some other script resource.

If you want to use a really good script, i've got a copy of smartsearch (http://www.smarterscripts.com/smartsearch/)together with a searchengine domain for sale - cheap.

ICQ 50936790 if anyone is interested...
