Looks good, but you should use a script which uses hardlinks instead of the "out.php?id=whatever" type. That's better for the search engines, and blogs like it more. hmm....with hardlinks on the site it's kinda hard to track the productivity. I give "bonus points" for really good prod.

I'll probably start another toplist soon with nothing but hardlinks and use a dif script to track in/out

Good point. But, although it's hard, it's not impossible. You could, for example, do an onclick reloading of a miniature "image" which is actually a prod tracker. That way, you could still count productivity. Just thinking aloud now though.
