It made Page Six of the Post. Article basically insinuated that he let out some stuff that he thought was off the record on the Paris Hilton thing. They said he thought this would be his way into mainstream and since the show failed he would have to go back to adult. He didn't want to deal with the backlash from comments made or something of that sort. He's trying to stop the thing from being released.

He's still not going to be mainstream. He's going to be 15 (minutes) and out. And if, as this article says, he's really suing because he's afraid the wrong people will hear him talking shit about them back in the adult world, well... his future here might not be as bright as it would have been otherwise.

i'm really looking forward to seeing the movie already. the hype is fun to watch and let me tell you all- when I sat in a day of filming, it was truly outrageous the lows people will promise to stoop to just to be on t.v..
