you should clear the temp internet files folder.

i had this problem problem few times as well as I couln't view the page source... first time i just reinstalled windows :1orglaugh

I could never figure out how to fix this problem. So i never bothered, i just used flashget to download the image instead.

im having the same problem. cleared all my temp files, cookies and history. still happens, if you find out a reason let me know please

what i dont understand is how come the 'problem' is never fixed, it just keeps happening.

clearing the cache and rebooting may temporarily fix it, but it doesnt clear the problem thats for sure.

do you check the box for "Delete All Offline Content"? If not, try that, and see if it is ok. Also, you'd have to refresh the page in order to save an image after clearing out the old files.

of course, you can also right click -> save target as, too
