Got my HVX200 3 days ago. Death to HDV!
The Panasonic HVX200 is going to revolutionize the world of indie filmmaking.
720p 4:2:2 color sampling. you got to see this shit on a big screen to believe it. I put all my HDV cams on ebay. I'm sold... Anybody else got one? |

I just figured out how to turn on my Z1U, so may be a while before I look at any other cameras.

dvcpro HD is a much better format imo. at least in terms of render and encode times.
