I've sent four messages to Matrix Content to get FTP setup on my account and still haven't had a response from them. What do ya need to do to spend money with these people? Anyone else having problems contacting them or is it just me?

Anyone from Matrix here or is there another email address other than [email protected] or [email protected] that works?
