Who is the best at server moves?
dont spam me with hosting. i have enough.
i am more interested in knowing anyone who can do a very fast and proper server move.

Whats so hard about it?
Set the server up properly, transfer all your files / sites via scp, make sure all scripts / databases are set up and run properly (check for additional modules, php-stuff etc.) - when everything finished and double-checked change your DNS over to the new IP / IP's . Done many of them, never had a downtime... If you're fluent with Linux / whatever OS you use on your servers it really is not hard if you think about it.
