    living in thailand or philippines

    how much would it cost to live out in philppines or thailand and setup an office and cam studio would you guys say?

    i have a friend interested in moving and starting that business out there.

                      I remember someone getting busted in the Phillipines for that very same thing recently. And before that I remeber few people getting killed there for it. The cost isn't real the most important factor in the decision, it's the legalities and penalties.

                                      before you decide as to what country to have your business, be sure that you know their law so you won't get in trouble if in case... people will take advantage of you if you're not familiar with the place itself

                                          That's really a bad idea especially as it seems you're not experienced in either of the two countries.
                                          Philippines as you've heard is illegal. Thailand all porn is illegal (yeah even prostitution is illegal there, go figure) you can't even buy a dildo (even China has dildos).
                                          Don't think about moving to one of these countries to live and work in this industry. There are plenty of people doing it already and plenty who will fuck you over. Those doing it successfully usually keep a very low profile and have been going back and fore for years.

                                                                                                  I used to run cam studios in the Philippines until I was raided. Fought it and won and got my equipment back but not doing studios anymore. I live in Thailand so know the porn situation there...... dont do it unless you have money and the guts to fight if arrested.

                                                                                                  I moved to running sites through my US company and have nothing to do with the girls at all. Most studio owners are Filipinas who have graduated from chat girl to studio owner.

                                                                                                  There is no law against it in the Philippines but that doesnt matter and you need to be very very careful. Good money and good lifestyle but many come unstuck doing it.

                                                                                                  Thailand forget it.

                                                                                                                              There are cam shows (not in iWebmasters though) but yeah, they're illegal here. If anybody wants to do them here, they should have a lot of money on hand and a very good lawyer (or two) beside him. It also helps to know people in power.
