Depends if the links are permanent. I mean if you just take off half the links trades after it's sold then well you get it.
I would say with perm links $6000 no matter what it is. Without $2000 no matter what it is. |

Standalone high PR link won't do shit to your target domain. A little too easy to spam if that was the case..
