so we're opening this new solo girl site soon.. just waiting for visa. The guy who is doing the shooting is saying taking her 100% exclusive is a waste of money.. 90% of lightspeed girls are not exclusive for example..

does it matter??

Actually, only our "teen allstars" (10 sites) series of sites features non-exclusive girls, the rest of our Lightspeed Girls are exclusive to us (15 sites) --- so we are actually only 40% non-exclusive

Honestly, our oldest sites sell best, we have some non-exclusive sites that sell better than some of our exclusive sites.

In the sologirl world, its all about the girl, the photography, and the marketing behind it all.

We are constantly looking for new models. We advertise in local papers and on all our websites. We operate our own talent agency in Phoenix, and keep the cream of the crop for our Lightspeed sites. Remember that if the girl doesn?t make enough money to pay her bills, she?ll quit. I think its best to ALWAYS pay them a base shooting fee (that can be adjusted over time). The commission on the site should really be more of a payment for exclusivity and for interaction with her members (responding to fan mail, keeping an online daily journal, and doing live shows). Also, paying them monthly bonuses on the overall company profits is a great way to keep multiple girls happy. Profit sharing makes them feel like owners of the company, then they are glad to appear on each other?s sites, help each other out, and recruit hot new girls into the network. Never make them compete with each other. That?s a sure fire recipe for disaster.

If you are launching solo girl sites and locking these girls down exclusively than you are doing nothing but wasting money. The only thing that matters is the quality of the content and that the content itself is 100% exclusive shot and the marketing and how the site is built and presented.

Even Lia 19 has at least 2 different sites of her with different names. And she's still one of the most successfull. The internet is a big place. Theres room for everyone.

We've worked with girls in the past who have quit modeling
about 10 times in a 2 year period and they won't give a shit about any contract when they choose to stop again. What would you do? Sue them?

There's nothing to get from any of these girls in any court on this planet no matter what they signed.
