Anyone Ever Stayed At The Disneyworld Resorts?

I am taking my family down there before Miami Internext and we trying to find the best resort at Disneyworld. It seems like there are a TON of disney resorts and it's difficult to decide which one to stay at. We have a 4 year old that has endless amounts of energy and loves to play in the pool.

Anyone have any suggestions?

The Animal Kingdom Lodge is a blast if you have kids. The room balconies all look out over the Serengetti and the animals roam free everywhere. Giraffes were eating out of the trees within about 20 feet of our balcony. The pool is great too with a cool water slide that my daughters loved.

I agree, the Animal Kingdom lodge is a good place for kids, hell every resort has something great for the kids. I have yearly passes since live 20 min away and I would be ok staying at all resorts with my youngsters

I stayed there about a year ago. The hallways are about 2 miles long. Cool place though. We got kicked out of the pool for rock diving.

Stayed at the Wilderness Lodge and it was great - although I didnt have any kids with me it was peaceful, but also had a huge pool area and lake access for all kinds of things.
Also stayed over at the Hardrock Hotel and it was "allright" but definitely was worth its weight in gold with the special access it came with to Universal - didnt ever wait for a single ride which was fantastic
