appraisals piss me off - because right now i wanna buy a domain form some chick she;s not using it she hasno fucking clue what to use it for...
she askedme to make her an offer and I it's actually only worth like $25 bucks .. but she's gonna want more because the stpid fucking appraisals say shit domains are worth 100's of 1000's of $$
