So, you say to the surfer "would you like to download a program which will negatively alter your online experience?" and they click "yes". Is that correct?

Or do you not let the surfer know what he is letting himself in for? Or does this stuff auto-install, leaving the surfer with what he thinks is a PC, but what is really a $1000 heap of junk?

Someone was kind enough to install a lovely program called Brave Sentry on my computer the other week. Instead of being able to do any work, I had to spend two days clearing it off my system being careful to do it in such a way as to avoid having to reinstall my operating system. I was sooooooo grateful for the install. I wonder if it had anything to do with you.

If you know who did this, could you get them to PM me. I'd like to meet them in a secluded place in which I'll force them to eat dogshit on camera as a warning to other scumware installers.

This is interesting, because on the odd occasion I use a p2p program, whatever I type in I get back about 12 results with a .zip or .exe extension.

Aren't Playboy going to be employing DH? I didn't think a company with the reputation of Playboy would knowlingly employ someone who by their own admission is involved with the installation of spyware against the wishes of surfers. Guys, we are a legit company that's been running solid for over 3 years. Our products do not crash computers. If we did crash computers, why would I still be running with the same clients for the full 3 year period. We wouldn't, because we would never convert sales. We know what we're doing, we don't do melicious acts, we don't do anything illegal (under any spyware law). We just make money.

Yep exactly right jjjay, if these guys went to an ad-tech event (where the biggest media companies in the world connect) they would have an absolute eye opening experience. Most of these guys can't get out of their adult shell and figure out that there is millions being made everyday in other avenues other areas than adult.
