Not being qualified for jobs in the industry
Am i the only one that feels, that many jobs in this industry i wouldn't be qualified for but i still make more money on my own then what a lot of these jobs pay.

Doubt you're the only one who feels that way.
You're also probably right that you make more too. I'm surprised sometimes at how few employees even send traffic. But they're not always hired from within the industry either, so it's news to them that people can make money without a "job title" or whatever. At least at first.
