Went 26 hours with out a cig before i gave in. Pretty amazeing how a frigin cigarette can control you. I have done alot of shit in my time and stoped cold turkey. But damn this cig taste good right now!

ahh that has happened to me any of times, its fucking hard as fuck to give up, i tryed to give up smoking and drinking coke at the same time.... i lasted about 14hours , i couldnt go any longer ....... anyways welcome back

same thing happened when i quit. had to completely relearn how to work without smoking. i used the nicotine lozenges and havent smoked since like nov. gets easier but i still miss smoking

I could never date a girl who smoked. I wont eat dinner with company that smokes. I wont let a smoker smoke in my house or car. By all means if someone wants to smoke feel free, but i hate when people do it when they are in my shit and make my shit stink. or at dinner, i want to enjoy the meal not cough on second hand smoke, which kills btw.

next tuesday it will be my 1 year quit anniversary. funny how its not even a challange anymore. i think it took like a full 4 days before i detoxed and then a few months to change my mentality (like getting used to not smoking after a meal). its only hard for a little bit but if you value your life, you'd quit.
