    does anybody in this business other than in house employees deliver work on time?

    just got this, it's now a friggin month for some design work:

    "give me a few hours I'll update you .. Sorry somethings have gone
    really really wrong here personally ... Give me a few hours to find what
    the guys have done and send it over to you ..."

    i know what's really really wrong here personally - you are a total fuckup!
