I hate techno, I can't work out to Rock (metal), and emo shit is a no go.

Back in my youthful days I would listen to industrial/gothic types of music and that is pretty much what I have now. I have Sisters of Mercy, Peter Murphy, Sister Machine Gun, BiGod 20, and several other 80's songs.

What would you recommend? What gets your adrenaline going? And the first person that says Rap or Hip Hop is going to get pimp slapped.

Actually, yes I do. I listen to it when I'm coding but it relaxes me too much to work out with. I also love Ambient but that's not really workout music.

Ever heard of Eddie Halliwell ?? He plays hard trance. Nothing like chill-out at all.

I'm not sure. I never really got into that genre of music so it's hard to work out to something that I don't enjoy listening to.
