The Short Bald Headed Know-It-All Judge on "American Inventor"

Is it just me or does the rest of America want to slug this fleshy lipped, nasty little hobbit in the mouth? Does he ever OK anyone's ideas or inventions? And the redheaded lady judge, although not nearly as annoying as the bald asshole, she seems to be on the verge of a perpetual PMS meltdown.

Where did ABC find those two, especially the mean, miserly dwarf?
