The bottom line is this, one person has money and the other person has nothing. He can't use the content, he can't sell the content, he can't give the content back because he violated a license he didn't even have. Even if the other party though he was the biggest moron in the world that deserved to get hit by a bus he should still not end up with nothing. It's bad business, it's bad karma, it's retarded, immature, pathetic, and sad.

And StuartD is the biggest asskissing fuckstick to ever post on this board. CDSmith is a close 2nd.
