I dunno man, that story had "exploitation" in the title of it. And was mostly about a girl who dropped out, was ashamed of herself, and tried to kill herself.

A site like that (ANY site) should have release forms and ID's in place before the camera is on. You just admit that you have that done after, not only did he get you with "what if someone is passed out? " but he could have said "what if a minor slips through?"

based on the 2 hours worth of questions they asked me, and those were the ones i was a little shakey on; they could have done much, much worse to me - had they creatively editied it. I mean half my responses in that interview that you saw were cut down..
its all talent... this isnt rocket science. the girls flashing tits at parties technically are still fine to show without id, because apparently (this is what the legal department tells me) its not a sex act, if they flashed their hahahahas and ish, then it would be a trip to the forms..

Actually no, I dont know who she is. They filmed her before I became a part of the site. (which was around party 30) When I was talking to them they said she spoke to an older fat/bald guy who was filming, and thats Def. not me.

Calling the girl "mentally unstable" was where you lost the crowd. Everyone out there in heartland America feels bad for this girl. She went to a party, had too many drinks and (in the public's eyes) you exploited that to get her to do whatever it is she did.

A better approach may have been to state that she signed a release when she entered and that she is an adult and responsible for her actions.

I'm sure CNN edited the footage to suit their spin, which is "be careful, your daughter might be getting fucked as we speak at a college sex party...and this guy is fucking filming it!"
