I guess I can talk about it all I want. I would just like to start a new thread with pictures and links and all the good stuff. Plus, by doing this I can get a little idea of what I'm in for from everyone. I'm brand new to this forum stuff. My site designer suggested I check it out, and here I am.

Thanks, I do feel warned. Everyone else has been around this for years. I've been lurking for a couple months. So I do know how people can be here. I was a big fish in a little pond on my SC Site. It's quite the other way around right now and I'm just getting a feel for it.

I've been reading a lot of the 'New Site Launch' threads here and trying to find the best way to do it. I'm hoping to keep all the negative comments to a minimum, but I'm not THAT naive. So, when the time comes, I'll hope for the best.

Do not worry about the negative comments. Actually try to see if they have any real merit and if so fix them.
Of course some will attack you appearance wise or whatever and well they can fuck off.

Best way to launch it all is just to do it. Include relevant links, have your shit in order, preview your post and if you want extra thread views mention pics in the title.

Another heads up. Webmasters may not like your main site if that is the promotable one. It has what people reffer to as traffic leaks.

Things like link lists, friends pages, banners to other peoples sites, even visable traffic counters. I.E. Places where sent traffic may click that webmasters send you.
