Well... preteens are < 13. Teens are 13-19. Most girls loose their virginity here aged 15-16, so when I think of 'young virgins' (in my non-catholic country), I think of 15-16 year old girls. Its not illegal IRL, but illegal on the web.

Yes, as I already posted above if you read it, "Young Virgin" makes me associate it with a 15-16 year old girl, because that is common age here.
If you read further above, I post what the law says here regarding sexual relationships and age.
