Power Problem On PC

So I unpluged my daughters computer system to check my other daughters system, and when I go to hook the first computer back up, all I get is that blinking green lite in the back, no power. This is a new one to me.

Before you ask, I have checked the power sorce, and the cable.

Any comments?

answer found. what happens is the power off and on button gets stuck. To correct this uplug the cord from the system, press in the power on button and hold for count of 20, then release, plug the power cord back in.

yeah i would be looking at the switch also ,
on your motherboard , short out the pins where the switch hooks into the motherboard (consult your manual for exact pins) this will show you if its the switch at fault
