"Will I win the lottery on March 29th?"

or

"Will I be hit by lightning?"

How about

"Will Donald Trump get a new hairstyle?"

hey...I dont process with them...I am not an idiot...The idiots are people that simply stand back and say things like that and let them get away with it...Why sit back and so oh well, i learned my lesson, I would much rather stop or at least warn anyone else from falling into their traps.

If I can help someone out i will....

My suggestion for what its worth is that anyone still using Iballs even just for re bills should log into the CMI and make copys of all your members and any other information you need. If they go belly up to-day the servers will go down and all that info will be lost. You can at least e-mail existing members to ask them to switch to Epoch or CCbill.

Probably right ... But my rebills are like members from 2 years ago or more ...

Doubtfull they even realize what that monthly charge is ...

Every time I get a wire from Symetrex ( or whatever ) , it reminds me I should buy a loto ticket ....

Funny I just got this today:

Wednesday March 29, 2006

Dear iBill Client,
In an effort to continue to offer the newest advances in online payment processing iBill is pleased to announce that we have outsourced our processing arm to Etelegate; an online payment processor with a new, much improved, gateway solution.

Etelegate?s gateway will enable us to continue to offer the full range of products that you?re used to; credit card, check and Web900 transaction processing along with some additional features.

Here are some of the highlights of the new software:
Better conversion rates
Real-time check processing (this protects clients from all NSFsand Chargebacks)
Reliable automated payment system that automatically sends you anemail once your settlement has been processed
In-depth risk reporting to notify you when problems arise
Extensive customer support ticket follow-up system which ensuresno customer will go un-serviced

We?re excited about being able to offer you these additional features and the migration to the new system is scheduled to begin this week.

Check your inbox as Etelegate will be sending you an email with all the details on what you need to do to successfully integrate with this new system.

Thank you,
Your iBill Team

More bullshit, squirming and sliding in the swamp.

Spaniak, Markley, Gallanis, Molina and all associates need a short term in custody to answer questions while further investigation continues.

I got the same crap no mention of the money owed. No wires nothing !!!! This Etelegate company is obviously in bed with Iballs and is one that should be avoided at all costs. Im adding their name to my warning site to let others know they are processing for Iballs.. Doesn't matter how good their gateway is if you don't get your money, now does it ? I replied with a GFY

Some believe they were pronounced dead long before 2006.

These past 6 months have been nothing but twitches from rigormortis setting in.

To clear up any misunderstanding, my post was in reference to the pics SK posted. I literally laughed my ass off seeing a picture of a pig flying and hell freezing over - guess it requires a sense of humor.

For the record, it does suck for the webmasters that lost money.

Yup, got this same email. They still owe me over 10k, untill I see that There is no way I would even think of moving over to yet ANOTHER new solution. Is anyone hear actually thinking doing this? All my links with Ibill are history. Yes late, but I was trying to at least recoup some of the money. On another note, I'm looking in adding another GOOD processor to my list, Already use CCbill, WTS, Paycom, myvirtualcard and passwordbyphone. Anyone one out there that would like to fill the hole ibill "gcard" left?

Ah, totally fucked. We are still looking for a lawfirm to handle a suit against them. Have all the information etc so should be pretty open and shut, If anyone has names of a good firm to use post it. Other firms have been posted but in calling all of them none has panned out so far.

Its too late for lawyers now. We will never see any of the money the owe us. The only available option left is to storm IBILL office and bash in some heads. I will start with the fucking secretary who never gives me an accurate answer or lets me talk with anyone else. Right now, IM out about 23K, and it will give me great pleasure to see them all laying in blood.

Right now, IM out about 23K, and it will give me great pleasure to see them all laying in blood.
So... you got some feelings left in the relationship with the secretary?

Seriously, check out a non-naive lawyer or perhaps an ex-lawdog with legal qualifications within the State of Florida (basically cos they *have* to know the legal loopholes in that state) and tell your story (this needs to be fully documented and factual with no bullshit/rumor). After that, ask what options there are to present paperwork before a nice judge and get an order to remove property (if any remains) belonging to iBill and sell this in payment of due debt.

The above is possible in some states without a load of bullshit procedural crap - a charming gun-totting lady para legal ex-lawdog did exactly that for me, tho this was not in Florida.

If you want to act/check it out - do it now - time is meaningful and better ya stay on the side of the law and come out with a happy result.

ok, Was on the phone with them for 4 hours ( mainly on hold ), got to one of the Managers for Ibill.

He stated that they are having daily meetings on this, there intention is to pay everyone, They are trying to figure out how, but the new integration of the gateway has swamped them... They said they Will be posting something on this Monday or Tuesday..

Sounds like the Same BS to me.

So here is what I told them. If they want to stay in business and Not be sued by a whole bunch of more pissed off people, they Better do something ASAP and that means Cash, as No one wants another note, or worthless penny stocks in your company.

They said they 100% understand this... ( gee.. as if they shouldn't ) and was not even offended by my tone.

So here is what I have came up with my self. Suing them for the original amount is worthless and to much of a hassle, BUT they can be sued for defaulting on the Note! they Still have assets, a paper trail to more assets, and an income stream. Will have to check on this one, but in some states you can even sue the owners directly and personally.. ( if this does not work, it will sure make them wake up! )

So I will call them back in a day or two to ask for status on this, If I get nothing back, I ( me and partner ) will procede with our law suit against them. They owe us over $40K still on these notes.

If you're going to sue them do it now. You're not going to get your $40k from the notes. It's been 2 years now. The note specifically says you will be paid on a certain date. You signed that note one year ago. If the money was not in your bank account on March 29th, it never will be. It's a hard pill to swallow, and I know many people that have lost money with Ibill. The truth is, you'll never get it if you're still expecting them to pay it. They've been 'in meetings' and having 'gateway issues' for years now 'trying to resolve the payout problems'... hint hint

IBill Parent Says It Needs to Restate Earnings for 4 Quarters

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. ? Interactive Brand Development reported in a filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission that it needs to restate its financial statements for the last four quarters.

With the filing, the company also said a recent audit by a third-party accounting firm found that previous accounting numbers could sink the value of its investments in Penthouse Media Group and Interactive Television Network Inc., which markets XTV. It also could threaten those companies? financial viability.
