I seriously am not a morning person. I am much more of an up all night person if I listen to my natural rhythms. I have to work hard to get up and moving in the morning and only real kick into my stride in the afternoon.

That is certainly true...I used to work all night because of it but for the last few years I have worked hard to keep myself on a more 'normal' sleep cycle.

I don't sleep much but lately I've been catching up on it. I'm fine with mornings, I am usually up at 7-8 to workout. But lately I've been getting up at 10. but Im usually up til 4-5am.. Sleep is for the weak... I can sleep when I'm dead. haha

Morning? I can't even tell what day it is, much less the time. I only sleep when I'm dead tired, sometimes a few hours every 2 days...but once I open my eyes I'm up and about. I don't even need coffee so I don't drink the stuff.

i used to be such a night owl. i wouldn't go to bed until at least around 5 in the morning. i'd wake up at like 1p or 2p. now, i can't do that. it's still a struggle to go to bed "early," but waking up isn't as bad as it used to be. i think i'm slowly getting used to it.
