Does anyone know how to cancel an account with Serverprovider.com

I ask because they were recomended here once. I signed up but never really used the service but to host some domains I never used and have since let expire. I am getting rebilled on a budget package and want to cancel. I log in to their interface and can't seem to find a link to cancel my account. Maybe I am over looking that and I will admit I very well may be. So, if anyone familiar with thier services can tell me how to terminate my account and end rebilling, please let me know.

Thanks

I emailed a month or so ago, then sort of forgot about it. I don't recall getting a response but then again I miss a lot of emails so I won't hold that against them. Anyway, I got a rebill e-mail today which reminded me that I want it canceled. I just think that there should be some clear way for customers that to cancel their account in the customer interface without having to track people down. I have used many hosts and most have a clear way to cancel in the interface without having to look all over the place. As I said, I very well have missed the link in the user interface that I should click should I wish to cancel. So, I am hoping someone here who has used them can direct me to that link.

I am in no way bagging on serverprovider, I am sure they have a good product. I just want to terminate my services there and would like to know how to do it. I am lazy and somewhat stupid when it comes to finding what I need, so, as I said, if anyone can direct me to the link to cancel I would appreciate it.

Bump, can someone hook me up so I can cancel my account? I signed up based on referals from here so I know someone must know how I can cancel my account via my user interface. Or, at least figure out how to contact someone via phone, ICQ, and such to allow me to terminate my rebills.
