Do these sites have copyrights to use these videos? I would assume not because alot of them are from tv shows and comercials. Alot also are home videos but I doubt they have rights to them also. Is this the celeb niche all over again untill someone start shutting them down?

The copyright issue is a major one. They are constantly policing thier sites to make sure they remove all the copywritten material. Overall they are legal.I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
