Computer question need some help

I have a computer running windows XP it has 5 harddrives and 512 memory, The problem I have is after its been on for about a week it will turn off and wont turn back on unless I let it sit for a while. Im thinking its a memory issue but Im not sure. Ive already changed the Video Card and the Power Supply. what would cause it to shut down after about a week and not be able to turn back on correctly unless I let it sit for about a day?
