I have Plesk, but i must say that cPanel is way better than plesk. It has much much more features than Plesk, but Plesk is free and cPanel is $20 per month. If money is no problem to you, take cPanel.
Of course, on the other hand, you could administrate your server without Plesk or cPanel at all, only from console with free GNU scripts if you know what are you doing :-) |

cpanel very easy and you have full control over your server. setup can be a bit hard some times.

Never used Plesk but I much prefer Direct Admin over cPanel
