Problem with submitters is that most of the sites are scammers or don't take submissions. I had some time and just thought i'd make up a few by hand.

Well, most people here aren't going to tell you where they submit because they don't want anymore competition where they submit to. It's understandable... that's why you aren't getting a huge repsonse.

Instead of making a post about this, you probably shoud just try to get a few partner accounts to start. Even if you have to spend money for top spots, its worth it.
Just generally submitting won't get you too far.
